2. The wholesale store does not run consumer sale.

2.1. Purchases through LEVELS GROUP SP. Z O.O.  online wholesale store may be made exclusively by entrepreneurs i.e. by legal entities or individual conducting business activity, for the purpose associated with professional or business activity.

3. Use of Online Wholesale Store signifies your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions presented below.


1. Prices of goods are in PLN and do not include VAT.

2. LEVELS GROUP SP. Z O.O. makes every effort to ensure that all the photographs, descriptions and technical data of available products confirm with the actual appearance and information received from manufacturers. LEVELS GROUP SP. Z O.O. shall not be liable for errors in technical data or a sudden change of such data by a manufacturer.

3. A customer who has made an order is immediately notified that ordered goods are out of stock or that their price or important technical parameters of these goods have changed. In the aforementioned cases a customer is entitled to choose a further action to process their order (a change of a model, an extension to process an order, partial process of an order or order cancellation).

4. Goods which are a brand-new LEVELS GROUP SP. Z O.O. collection can be ordered before they are marketed. Customers who decide to buy such products shall pay attention to an approximate date of order processing in the product information card. Should the date of order processing change, a customer will be notified of this fact and may cancel an order and be refunded any prepayment they have made.


1. There are three ways of ordering goods:

- with the order form available on our website
- by e-mail: kontakt.levelsgroup@gmail.com
- by phone – weekdays, from 07:00 a.m. to 04.00 p.m.

2. An order is processed immediately only if the name, address and telephone data ares true, in particular a contact telephone number, an e-mail address and a method of payment. LEVELS GROUP SP. Z O.O. reserves the right to verify a customer’s data by requesting that a copy of entry into Business Activity Central Register and Information Record, together with a copy of Tax Identification Number assignment, be e-mailed or faxed to LEVELS GROUP SP. Z O.O. Should the data be incorrect, LEVELS GROUP SP. Z O.O. may reject an order.

3. Orders will also be rejected if:

a. within the prescribed period a payment of due amount has not been made or
b. ordered goods have not been collected from the courier.

4. We shall not process orders in the event of forms being incorrectly completed or if e-mailed orders fail to contain all the necessary information. The order is considered invalid if LEVELS GROUP SP. Z O.O. has not confirmed it within 5 days.

5. You may pay for goods by prepayment made to out account or on delivery (COD).


1. ‘Order confirmation' shall mean:

- for e-mailed orders: an e-mailed order confirmation from LEVELS GROUP SP. Z O.O. ,
- for orders made by phone – a moment in which a member of customer service takes an order.
With orders where a customer chooses to make a prepayment to our account, an order commences the date when the due amount is credited to the bank account of LEVELS GROUP SP. Z O.O.  

2. Orders are processed within 48 hours of order confirmation. No orders are processed or dispatched on weekends or national holidays.

2.1. Time to process an order may be extended depending on a number and availability of particular items specified in the order. All the product information cards contain the information about the product availability and expected delivery of ordered goods.

2.2. Orders made outside working hours, at weekends or on national holidays shall be processed on the first weekday.

3. Ordered goods are delivered by couriers.

3.1. LEVELS GROUP SP. Z O.O. shall not be liable for delays in delivery of goods which is by fault of a courier.

3.2. LEVELS GROUP SP. Z O.O. shall not be liable for not delivering goods due to a wrong address stated in the order. In such a case, if a customer decides to have the goods couriered again, a customer is obliged to pay extra delivery charges, otherwise a contract is not considered to be concluded and the payment is returned decreased by delivery charges.

4. Each parcel includes a VAT invoice which entitles a customer to a guarantee, complaints or a product return.

5. Delivery charges constitute a separate entry on the invoice or a receipt; charges depend on a method of payment, a forwarding agent and the weight of goods.

6. LEVELS GROUP SP. Z O.O. prepares goods to be delivered in a way that ensures safe transport. All couriered goods are insured against any damage during transport. The said insurance expires once goods are delivered to a customer; therefore a customer shall inspect the goods delivered against any mechanical damage in the presence of a courier. In the event of such damage, a customer shall lodge a complaint or draw up a delivery collection protocol with a courier. Damage disclosed after the departure of a courier is not insured, and complaints lodged with regard to it shall not be accepted.


1. A customer may lodge a complaint about any purchased product. The complaint will be accepted on condition that the product has not been used or damaged by a customer.


2. We reserve the right to refuse taking any complaints in case of damages to the original collective packaging of the product.

3. Any complaints should be submitted in writing.

4. Before lodging a complaint in writing and returning the goods, you shall make this complaint by phoning or e-mailing LEVELS GROUP SP. Z O.O., otherwise your complaints shall not be handled.

5. Complaints are handled within 14 days from the date of receipt.

6. LEVELS GROUP SP. Z O.O. advises that all net prices have been reduced by 3% to be used against claims, if any.


1. LEVELS GROUP SP. Z O.O. does not process data within the meaning of Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, Item 926 with later amendments).

2. As for the other data including the details of transactions, LEVELS GROUP SP. Z O.O. advises that order and registration forms are stored in the safe section of the service. Accessing them requires an SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer), therefore all the data are encoded and impossible to access by third parties.


All the photographs, graphic designs as well as the descriptions of products are the sole property of LEVELS GROUP SP. Z O.O. No part of them may be reproduced or published without the prior permission of LEVELS GROUP SP. Z O.O. .


1. The District Court in Otwock shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all claims or disputes between LEVELS GROUP SP. Z O.O. and a purchaser.
